教会:长岛丰盛生命教会是一家秉持改革宗神学的非宗派移民教会.我们有中文和英文会众,约有 200 人,主要是华人.我们正在寻找一位中文事工的副牧师或牧师.职责包括带领和牧养约 150 名华语会众的各样事工.
申请者应了解并具备以下条件:
1. 精通普通话和英语的口头和书面表达.具有北美教育/经验的申请者会被优先考虑.
2. 具有僕人式领导、讲道、教导、传福音和门徒训练方面的恩赐.
3. 对社区外展和普世宣教有从圣灵来的负担.
4. 在被认可的神学院已经(或即将)取得道学硕士学位.
5. 能够与同工团队和教牧一起配搭,服事整个教会—包括中英文两堂.
6. 愿意服事所有年龄层的人,包括儿童、青少年、年轻人和家庭.

Pastor of Chinese Ministries
Long Island Abundant Life Church is a non-denominational immigrant church that upholds the reformed theology. We have Chinese and English congregations of approximately 200 predominantly Chinese attendees. We are seeking an Associate Pastor or Pastor of Chinese Ministries. Responsibilities include all aspects of leading and shepherding the Chinese speaking congregation of about 150.
The applicant should understand and possess the following:
1. Proficiency in verbal and written Mandarin Chinese and English. An applicant with a North American education / experience is preferred.
2. Gifted in servant-leadership, preaching, teaching, evangelism, and discipleship.
3. A Spirit-led heart for community outreach.
4. A completed Master of Divinity or in progress from an accredited seminary.
5. Ability to work with the Board and the pastoral staff to minister to the whole church body as a single entity.
6. Willingness to minister to all age groups: children, youth, young adults and families.
7. Willingness to follow the Church Constitution and By-Laws, and Statement of Faith https://www.lialc.org/faith-stmt.html.

We are in Hicksville, NY and have Chinese and English congregations of approximately 200 predominantly Chinese attendees. We are seeking an Associate Pastor or Pastor of English Ministries. Responsibilities include all aspects of leading and shepherding the English-speaking congregation of about 50.
The applicant should understand and possess the following:
1. An understanding and experience in reaching out to a multiethnic community. An applicant with a North American education / experience is preferred.
2. Gifted in servant-leadership, preaching, teaching, evangelism, and discipleship.
3. A Spirit-led heart for community outreach.
4. Be a person of integrity possessing the qualities as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.
5. A completed Master of Divinity or near completion from an accredited seminary.
6. Ability to work with the Board and the pastoral staff to minister to the whole church body as a single entity.
7. Willingness to minister to all age groups: children, youth, young adults and families.
8. A calling to promote intergenerational integration.
